SINGLE TRAVELLER
If you book as a single traveler, you may be roomed with another person of the same gender (depends on availability) and our vessel’s guarantee of departure is 6 (six) adult passengers. If we do not have the minimum of 6 (six) adult passengers, we will notify the booking agents, 60 days prior to departure and we will refund any payment in full. Further claims against Neomi Cruise would not be attended to.
Full Boat Charter
The conditions and price are determined on the basis of a special group offer. The maximum passengers are 20 people. It is possible to charter Neomi for specific destinations and itineraries beside our regular itinerary under the following conditions:
- A non-refundable deposit is made within 10 days after the reservation date.
- The CHARTERER shall not at any time during the Charter Period permit more than the agreed Number of Guests written on the invoice.
- Vessel is securely moored in port or at anchor, or as permitted by the appropriate authority.Mobilization fee (relocation fee) will be applied and This will depend on the normal program location of the vessel both before and after reserved charter. The price will be communicated to the client before the deposit is paid.
PAYMENT
Deposit
To secure the reservation, a 20% deposit (Non-refundable) is needed within 7 days of the reservation date; otherwise, the reservation will be released on its own.
Second Payment
The second payment is 30% of the total invoice has to be paid within 6 months before the date of Neomi cruise departure.
Balance Payment
The final 50% payment is due two months before the trip`s departure date.
Late Payment Penalty
The outstanding balance will automatically incur a penalty of 5% if the payment is received after the due date. After the Late Payment Penalty is applied and if Neomi does not receive the payment within 30 days then Neomi will automatically cancel the booking and offer the berths to other travel and booking agents.
Short notice booking
Full payment is required at the time of reservation if the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to departure.
Payment On Board
Payment in USD / IDR and Visa/ Master Card is acceptable onboard.
OTHER CONDITION OF PAYMENT
- Payment by Rupiah (IDR) must use www.klikbca.com exchange’s rate before the payment is made or you may ask our operator on the date of payment.
- For transfer fee/Bank admin fee should be paid by the customer.
- All the customers must follow ‘Neomi’ Management terms and conditions for all the transactions.
- Neomi will receive the NETT amount as stated on the invoice

TRAVEL AND DIVING INSURANCE
Travel Insurance :

DIVING
To join our diving trip, the customers have to hold a certification from a recognized scuba diving agency such as SSI, CMAS, NAUI and PADI or similar. As a certified diver It is the client’s responsibility to respect and follow the guidelines given by the Neomi cruise guides, instructors and cruise director plus to follow the regulations stipulated by their certification agency. Limitation or disqualification from scuba diving on the voyage will occur if Ignoring the directions given by the guides, or not presenting certification card, log book. The diver accepts their responsibility to be technically capable and physically able to participate in the activity of scuba diving and fully accepts the risks associated. if they do not have the necessary competence to participate safely or if the dive is considered beyond their current level of diving. ie strong currents etc then for safety reasons, and at the discretion of the Neomi guides, instructors and cruise director reserve the right, to refuse access to one / several / all dives . Neomi will require the diver to hire a private dive master to make sure the safety of the diver during the diving activity If the diver fails to meet requirement to have Open Water with at least 20 logged dives in the past 1 year. The fee for a private dive master will be 55 USD/day/diver. All divers must produce a written/stamped logbook with your last dives and all necessary certification cards for the type of dives they wish to undertake.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS AND UNPREDICTABLE ACTS OF MAN
‘force majeure’ means any cause directly attributable to acts, events, non-happenings, omissions, accidents or Acts of God beyond the reasonable control of Neomi Cruise , the Crew, or the passengers(including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other labour disputes, civil commotion, riots, acts of terrorism, blockade, invasion, war, fire, explosion, sabotage, storm,collision, grounding, fog, governmental act or regulation, contaminated fuel, major mechanical or electrical breakdown.
Neomi Cruise reserves the right to cancel trips and we will notify you at the earliest possible date, we are only able to provide a rescheduling in this situation; further details will be covered.
DAMAGE RESULTING INJURY, ILLNES, DEATH, AND DAMAGE OR LOSS TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Neomi assume no responsibility and offer no compensation for injury, death or damage occurred to the passengers or damage or loss to the passengers’ property during the cruise that does not directly involve its staff. In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either onboard or on shore, which results in costs for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passengers.
GENERAL AND OTHER CONDITIONS
- Itineraries are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions, availability of sea anchorage, government regulations and other factors.
- Neomi Cruise assumes no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by passenger itself, owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of Neomi Cruise
- The Denpasar City Court will handle any further legal action brought against Neomi Cruise.
- no member of the crew shall be held responsible If children are taken on board, the Guests shall be fully responsible for their own children conduct and entertainment.
Neomi cruise reserve the right increase the price, If in any condition like economic situation of Indonesia especially for the significant increase of fuel, taxes, currency fluctuation and any other related factors.
